It snowed today. *sigh* I know that I've had a wonderful fall and have been enjoying incredible weather over the last month, but I'm really not ready to welcome winter with open arms. In fact, can I assign winter to stay strictly in the month of December? That would be nice.
Since everyone in Utah somehow seems to forget how to drive whenever we get our first big winter storm, I was forced to miss my gym class this morning. (And might I add how horribly disappointed I was!) I sat in traffic for almost a half hour before I realized my class would have already started, so I just turned around and went home. So I opted to get my exercise another way and be productive at the same time by shoveling the driveway. Not a bad idea, eh? I got almost a full hour of cardio and strength training for my arms, back, and abs. Mathew was so kind as to help me out with the shoveling...in his Superman pajamas. Hey, he didn't want to change, and who am I to deny Superman? Here's the cute guy helping me with the driveway.
And then here he is again, being even MORE helpful by shoveling snow off the grass...
"Uh, Mathew...you're supposed to shovel the snow off the...Ah, nevermind. Enjoy your childhood!"

It's great to hear you're still in workout mode. Where are all the pics to show us all your hard work paying off?
I don't blame you about the snow. It's great if you can stay inside and drink hot cocoa but as soon as you go out the nightmare begins!
Well, that's just the problem. In order to actually have my work pay off, I need to be consistent. And let's just say consistency isn't really my strong point. And I agree with you completely on the snow being great...from the inside of my warm house with a cup of cocoa.
I really, REALLY love the snow.. for about a week. I could possibly do the entire month of December, but after that, I go crazy. That's why I live in Vegas. With practically 6 months of snow during each year of law school, I figured I'd had enough. Now we can take a week trip to Utah and enjoy it and then drive home to our snowless roads. I do feel like our kids miss out on the first snow of the season. but oh well..
Mathew, I mean, Spiderman is a cute little helper!
Hey cute pictures! I ♥ your blog :)
Ugg! snow :-( .. I kind of know what you mean... I am hoping to keep fall around for as long as possible. I wish we had a say as to when we would allow winter to actually come! blah!
